2. Buyer Protection

Aliapex protects Buyers in the following situations:

3. Seller Protection

Aliapex also protects Sellers against unfair claims and fraud:

Sellers may be protected from chargebacks if they:

  • Provide valid proof of shipment and delivery

  • Ship to the address provided by Aliapex

  • Comply with all platform policies

3.2 Fraudulent Claims

Aliapex investigates Buyer claims and may deny refunds if:

  • Evidence shows misuse or false reporting

  • The item matches the description

3.3 Payment Security

  • Funds are processed securely

  • Sellers receive payouts after verification

  • Protection applies to eligible transactions only


4. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for protection:

Buyers must:

  • Complete transactions through Aliapex

  • File claims within the specified timeframe

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

Sellers must:

  • Ship items promptly with trackable methods

  • Maintain proof of delivery

  • Comply with listing and transaction policies


5. Dispute Resolution Process

  1. Direct Resolution
    Buyers and Sellers should first attempt to resolve issues directly.

  2. Open a Case
    If unresolved, either party may escalate the issue to Aliapex.

  3. Review & Investigation
    Aliapex reviews all submitted evidence.

  4. Final Decision
    Aliapex issues a binding resolution based on policy and evidence.


6. Exclusions

Protection does not apply to:

  • Transactions completed outside Aliapex

  • Items picked up in person without proof of delivery

  • Digital goods or services (unless explicitly covered)

  • Items prohibited by Aliapex policies

  • Claims involving normal wear and tear or minor defects disclosed in advance


7. Account Security

Users are responsible for:

  • Keeping login credentials secure

  • Reporting unauthorized activity immediately

Aliapex may limit liability if Users fail to protect their accounts.


8. Monitoring & Enforcement

Aliapex actively monitors transactions for:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Policy abuse

  • Suspicious behavior

We may take actions including:

  • Withholding funds

  • Limiting account functionality

  • Suspending or terminating accounts


9. Limitations of Protection

  • Protection is limited to the transaction value

  • Aliapex does not guarantee recovery in all cases

  • Decisions are made at Aliapex’s discretion and are final
